1. Purpose

This agreement is made to ensure the well-being of the puppy and to clearly outline the responsibilities of both the Buyer and Breeder. Bulletproof Pitbulls breeds for stable temperaments, sound structure, and reliable working ability.

2. Registration Status

This puppy is sold with limited registration.
Limited registration means the dog is not to be used for breeding unless the Buyer completes all required health testing and provides proof of training certification approved by Bulletproof Pitbulls. Once verified, full registration or breeding rights may be granted at the Breeder’s discretion.

3. Health Guarantee

The puppy is sold as healthy to the best of the Breeder’s knowledge.

  • The Buyer has 72 hours after taking possession to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.
  • The puppy is guaranteed against any life-threatening genetic or congenital health defect for one (1) year from the date of birth.
  • If such a condition is confirmed in writing by two licensed veterinarians, the Breeder will offer a replacement puppy of equal quality from the next available litter.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • This guarantee does not cover accidents, neglect, communicable diseases contracted after leaving the Breeder, or conditions caused by poor nutrition or improper care.

4. Buyer’s Responsibility

The Buyer agrees to:

  • Provide the puppy with proper veterinary care, training, nutrition, and socialization.
  • Keep the puppy as a family companion, not solely as an outdoor or kennel dog.
  • Maintain contact with the Breeder if any health or behavioral concerns arise.

5. Rehoming / Return Clause

If at any point the Buyer can no longer keep the puppy or adult dog, the Breeder must be the first contact.
The dog may not be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or sold to another party without the written consent of Bulletproof Pitbulls.
The Breeder will assist in rehoming or may accept the dog back at any time.

6. No Other Warranties

No guarantees are made regarding size, weight, color, or performance once the puppy matures. This contract represents the entire agreement between Buyer and Breeder.

7. Agreement

Both parties acknowledge they have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement.
